Crowns Camp

Hey guys,

Just letting you know I won't be around for a week. I did Crowns Camp back in February and I want to do it again. If you haven't heard of it, check it out:

As I said, I did it in February and it was such a blessing! Mark kept it up so we could go back & do it any time we needed/wanted. So that's what I'm gonna do! :)

I've been looking forward to this show since January and I can't believe it's over! :( What a crazy, insane, annoying, HOT, miserable, fun, INCREDIBLE day!!!

Ben and I left at 8am to head to Dallas. Stopped in Fort Worth & picked up a friend, went to lunch, then we were finally on our way. Unfortunately, everything took so long to do, that we didn't make it to the festival in time for Sanctus Real who I REEEEALLY wanted to see! :(

But...we did make it with plenty of time to spare before the CAMPout began!

About a year ago I took a job at a local church day school. It was kinda rough at the beginning because they kept switching me around and I never did the same thing from one day to the next. After a couple weeks they FINALLY settled me in my own classroom with certain kids. Just as I was finally able to get into the swing of things....

I was fired.

J Dreams

Ok so as yall know, I've had quite a few J dreams this week...I'm assuming it's my subconscience's excitement of the upcoming festival :)

The first one involved me riding to a show in a van with a bunch of people I don't even know.

The second one involved me going to a MercyMe/Jeremy show & being mad that Jeremy played first because that meant his set was shorter. Also in the dream, Matt gave a group of us a backstage tour and then pulled me aside and gave me a harmonica as a gift

When Good Customers Go Bad!

So the last couple days I've been catching up on my call-backs at work. Today I called a lady who had left a message saying she needed a large storage unit. It was a very sweet message. She said to call & leave her a message letting her know the prices and she would "definitely call back" Well I called her & the phone rang a couple times, then she answered. She said "Hello?" I said "Hi, this is Kelly from LoneStar Storage.

Any Joyce Meyer fans here?

Mom & I just LOVE her! She's so in-your-face, but hilarious! We watched her show daily back when I was in high school. I still do on occasion but it's not the same as it used to be. More "talk-show" type stuff & less story telling/preaching stuff. Mom & I went w/ my aunt several years ago to see her at an event she did, but there were too many people & we were put in a separate room w/ a projector screen to watch! Bummer! Coulda saved the trip & just watched on TV!
