Best Seats??

So I'm planning on going to the SLTB concert in Tualitin, OR, and I was wondering:

What would be considered the Reserved Main Floor? Like would it be the whole bottom floor, or the front bottom, or what? Cause I don't really want to be on the bottom floor if I'm like in the 20th row. So what would that be? And where do VIP's sit?
