My second Cross country meet of the season went pretty well yesterday. It was pretty hard with all the hills. But I improved exactly one minute from last week, so I'm glad about that. Also, I came in 11th out of 29 girls, so not too bad. Thanks God!

It's kinda funny these next three days.....cause today I have an XC meet, tomorrow is the church all-nighter which goes from 9pm to 6am on Saturday, then at 7am on Saturday I head down for another meet after a whole night of nooooo sleep! It's gonna take some serious coffee and energy drinks!!LaughingAnd about half my team is going to the all nighter!

So last Thursday I had my first cross country meet of the season (first time doing cross as well). Wow, I never thought I could run that far for so long! I did okay for a starting point, with a time of 31:45 for the 5k. I definitely hope to knock off a few minutes by the end though. I really enjoyed though how one girl on our team who goes to my church asked if we could all huddle and say a prayer first before we ran....it was very cool!Smile

Wow, if you have never heard Open Up Your Eyes by Jeremy, you gotta listen to it! It's so amazing! I like the line that goes, "And the time has come to realize, to see the plan you've been designed for," About God's purpose for you, like it says in Jeremiah 29:11.....

This is kinda like a comment to "What draws You to Jeremy's Musical Ministry?" by revelation21ready but it became a long comment so I decided to turn it into a blog post....
