The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and understanding

If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. James 1:5

To the Ones who please him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness.... Ecclesiastes 2:26

I will Praise the One who counsels me; even at night my soul thirsts for the living God. Psalm 16:7

Then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He holds the victory in store for the upright, He is a shield to those whose walk is blameless. Proverbs 2:5-7
