God's life-changing power!

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.

¶ Isaiah 65:25

Here is an example of God's amazing, life-changing power. One day, when He rules this earth personally, enemies will be changed into allies. The wolf and the lamb are hunter and hunted, prey and preyed upon, and the world would consider this a natural thing, but in God's perfect plan, there are no enemies! As a Christian your only true enemies are the devil and his demons. The Bible says, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Ephesians 6:12. Muslims are not your enemies, neither are buddhists or any other religions that attack Christianity and our claims to serve the One True God. Even satan worshippers are not your enemies. They may view themselves this way, but we should see them as opportunities to show God's love. Matthew 5:44 says, "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;" You will not be universally liked, and people will consider you their enemy, these are the people that we are called to love. The wolf and the lamb, and the lion and the bullock (cow) have to wait for Jesus to come back to Earth before their lives are changed like this, but you and I don't. As soon as we accepted Jesus as our savior, we were made new. We have a new nature, and like I said, the only true enemy to our new nature is the devil and his demons. So start living like you have no enemies. I don't care if they consider themselves your enemies, you shouldn't consider them to be...love them like Jesus loves you...

Romans 5:6-10

6For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

7For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

8But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

9Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

10For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
