I need advice

Yesterday my two friends of mine from church (brother and sister) lost their grandmother and I don't know all the details. The reason I need advice is I am having trouble how to be there for them. They are very close to me and I feel bad i am not doing anything for them right now. Any ideas? Please help me I am really struggling about this. Thanks guys I love yall!!!
