A Poem For MOM

A POEM FOR MOM

She walks in the light of the Father her hearts is filled with joy

She sees with eyes of wonder at the beauty He bestows

She has fulfilled her mission while here with us and now she starts anew

With wings spread wide she soars in glory the sky’s of heaven blue

She looks down upon hers the ones that she awaits

For she knows that one day all will come and join her at the gates

Her love of music will fill the hearts of angles as they sing

Throughout the heavens one voice shall be heard His Holy word shall ring

She walks in the love of Jesus now with Him she sups

And soon someday He will call the beloved family up

There is no sadness in her smile only love in His embrace

For she knows someday all of hers shall look upon His face

A tear we shed but do not grieve for now she is at home

The love of the Father Spirit and Son she has always known

So pray and know that she is safe and held in His loving hands

The ones that stretch out far and wide just as He has planed
