Tips?

Hey everybody.....so as many of you know, I'm running cross country for my first year this year. But these last two meets I've been having really bad side cramps/stiches. Also, I can feel water moving around in my stomach while I run and I had only drank like half a bottle of water before the race. I don't know what to eat, drink, or not eat or drink. Does anybody have this problem? Any tips or ideas? Thanks.....Laughing
