I work for a christian organization near Lake Cumberland in KY.  I work in the office.  It is a residential program for boys.  I mostly work with staff related issues--payroll, make sure employee files are compliant for state regs., money and bills.  I do not get to do much with the boys,but the one thing I do is to learn their names before they leave our program.  I think that it is important for them to know I care enough to learn their names.  Sometimes they are surprised that I do.  Some of the boys I get to know.

It was Labor Day 2007.  My husband insisted that we take our four very small children, I think at the time they were 7, 4, and the twins were 1, to a free concert in Somerset, KY.  He really wanted me to see an artist with the name of Jeremy Camp.  He had thought I would really like his music since the first time he saw him at Ichthus..  With much convinencing, I went.  I had never been to a Christian music concert and I was scepticule.  It was hot and the kids were whiny, but I made it though.  I thought it was so neat how the audience was totally in to t
