Lay Those Burdens Down

Matthew 11:28-30

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

OK... I love learning what the Lord has for me to learn!... lol.. although I think sometimes... well... a lot of the time I learn it the hard way.

7 But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."

When we start believing that we are a mistake... that God has no plans for our lives...

When we stumble, fall or listen to the lies swirling around in our heads... we've taken our eyes off of Jesus.
